Kupo KCP-844 TV Coupler – Female Barrel Clamp / Half Coupler ,48–51mm Pipe

A TÜV-approved barrel clamp (half coupler), for hanging luminaires from 48–51mm pipe or barrel. Die-cast aluminium body with an extruded aluminium hinged jaw, rated to a maximum load of 300kg on the 28mm junior socket and 40kg on the 16mm baby attachment.

A safety wire is built into the clamp with the linchpin captive on it. The linchpin presets into the pin hole of a 28mm spigot before final tightening, so the fixture cannot drop off, and it stays in place for pan adjustment while the clamp knob is loose. The hinged jaw is restricted in its travel, which makes it a one-handed job up a ladder.

The 28mm junior socket takes a luminaire or telescopic hanger on three fixing holes, each with a stainless steel helicoil insert so the threads cannot strip. The 3/8"-threaded 16mm baby stud interchanges with a 16mm baby socket via the spring latch bolt, for lighter fixtures and accessories.
