Returns Policy

If you feel that you chose the wrong product

  • We are more than happy to exchange any product for something else or a full refund* if you feel that the item you chose isn’t quite right for you.
  • It is of paramount importance that the product and all it’s packaging be in new condition for a valid refund/exchange.
  • Your money will be refunded to you once we have inspected the returned item and approved it’s condition.
  • To return a product, get in touch via the contact page and we will schedule a courier to collect it from you.
  • The return shipping cost will be for your account and will be deducted from your credit or refund.
  • If the product or it’s packaging isn’t in the new condition you received it, a 25% fee will be deducted from your refund. 

If your product is faulty or damaged

  • If you feel that there is anything wrong with your product straight out of the box, we will happily replace it or give you a full refund*.
  • It is of paramount importance that the product and all its packaging be in new condition for a valid refund/replacement.
  • Because of the above mentioned point, it is always a good idea to test the full functionality of your products upon receiving it to identify any such issues.
  • Once the product or its packaging is no longer in new condition, we have to follow the manufacturer’s warranty returns procedure, which can take weeks or months.  
  • If you feel that your product is faulty and you want to return it, get in touch via the contact page and we will schedule a courier to collect it from you. 
  • If we confirm the problem and the product and its packaging are still in new condition, we will refund the full amount or offer you a replacement.
  • If we confirm the problem, but the product and its packaging are no longer in new condition, we will send it to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. 

If we can't find the problem

Improper handling of an unfamiliar product can often lead customers to believe that there is something wrong with their product when there isn’t. In such a situation, the following applies;

  • If the product and its packaging are in as-new condition, the item can be shipped back to you and all shipping costs for the mistaken return will be for your account. 
  • If the product and its packaging are in as-new condition, you can opt for a refund, less any shipping costs and a 5% handling fee. 
  • If the product and its packaging are no longer in an as-new condition, the item will be shipped back to you and all shipping costs for the mistaken return will be for your account.

*FULL REFUND - If paying with any card, 4.5% of the transaction value goes to the credit card payment facilitation company. "Full Refund" means that we will return the full amount we received after the credit card service fees. If you are at all unsure that what you're buying is ideal for you, rather opt for EFT payment to be safe. 

Manufacturers' Warranties

We have a no-nonsense approach to this. If a product breaks due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace it without asking any questions. 
If we have any reason to believe that the product was put through unreasonably heavy usage, we will have to follow the manufacturer's standard warranty procedure.
