About the Leofoto LY Series

The Leofoto LY Series combines Leofoto’s compact, travel-friendly tripod design with the added convenience of a built-in centre column.

The key is its distinctive Y-shaped centre column. Its triangular profile fits neatly between the tripod legs when folded, allowing the legs to sit closer together and keeping the tripod slim and compact.

This gives the LY Series an excellent balance of low weight, compact folded size, comfortable working height and quick height adjustment — making all three models particularly well suited to travel, landscape and general photography.

The range is available in three sizes:

• LY-224C + LH-25 — Most compact: The smallest and lightest option for photographers prioritising minimum weight and packed size.
• LY-254C + LH-30 — Mid-size: A step up in height and stability while remaining very portable.
• LY-284C + LH-30 — Largest: The tallest and most stable LY model, with larger 28 mm legs while still remaining a lightweight travel tripod.

All LY models feature 4-section carbon fibre legs and a built-in centre column for quick and convenient height adjustment.
