A single frame connector: a chrome-plated steel sleeve that joins two lengths of 1-1/2" Schedule 40 pipe (48.3mm) end to end, so a butterfly frame can be built longer than a single pipe allows. That lets you size a frame to the silks, diffusion and scrims you actually use on set.

The wing knobs clamp onto each pipe by hand, no tools needed. They are welded to the body and run on a welded steel boss, so they stay square and keep turning freely after repeated rigs.

Note: this is the straight in-line joiner. For a 90° corner, use the KHS-L112 Frame Corner. Complete frame hardware ships as the KHS-112 kit — four corners, two ears and two connectors. (No pipes included, only the connecting pieces)
