Kupo KCP-500 Large Gaffer Grip – Gator Grip Spring Clamp with Two 16mm Studs

A large aluminium gaffer grip for mounting lights, flags, scrims and production accessories on flat or round surfaces. The jaws rest open under spring pressure: squeeze the handles onto the object, then turn the locking knob to hold that width. Rubber pads grooved and riveted into both jaws grip tight without marking the surface.

Two mounting points, usable at the same time. A fixed 5/8" (16mm) baby stud on top of the upper jaw, and a removable 5/8" (16mm) baby pin seated in a female baby receiver in the handle — pull the pin and the receiver takes the male baby stud on a fixture or arm. One end of the removable pin is machined with a flat so the knob locks it without letting it rotate.

The jaws close from 2-3/8" down to 5/8" (60–16mm) and the clamp is rated to 10kg. The handle carries a rubber anti-slip cover over a cam casting, for a fast, positive close.
