The Front LED Ring Light is designed for use with Laowa 25mm f/2.8 x2.5 - x5 Ultra Macro Lens. As Laowa lenses do not have electronic-aperture, the viewfinder can be very dark when stopped down to the desired aperture like e.g. f/16. This light provides a strong light source on the subject to assist with focusing and exposure.
Please note that you require a power source for this light. It is very light on power, so you can run it for about 5 hours on a 5000MAhs powerbank, which is small and only a few hundred rand.
The new V6 100mm filter holder system allows the use of 1 circular polarizer and 3 square/rectangular filters together without vignetting, even with wide angle lenses. The built-in CPL can be inserted, adjusted and removed with ease. This filter system not only allows 360 degree rotation but also has a locking screw. This provides more stability while maintaining functionality for the landscape photographer.

If you're serious about your architecture, landscape or panoramic photography, this is a must-have accessory to go with your Gitzo Systematic legs. This modular leveling base from Really Right Stuff is the best product of its kind worldwide. It allows 15 degrees of vertical movement and locks solidly in place with a simple twist of the handle. It is compatible with any tripod that has a removable 75mm apex plate - Gitzo 2, 3 and 4 series systematics tripods as well as the SIRUI 2 and 3 series RX tripods.
The leveling base can also be removed from the 75mm video bowl and replaced with any other accessory compatible with it.
Why do we have a few RRS product thrown in here? Unfortunately Gitzo's own version of this product is outdated and no other brand available in SA makes a decent version of it. As it is an accessory only compatible with column-less tripods, we have grouped it here.
John Hone was kind of South Africa's Ansel Adams. He was the main photographer and MD of Art Publishers for several decades, but his real passion was the Drakensberg, which he spent decades documenting. To truly appreciate the scale of his work it has to be considered that he did all of this on film decades ago.
The best part of this chronicle of the Drakensberg is not just the photos, but the stories, which will leave you burning with inspiration to get out into nature.
This book is added to all orders over R10 000 as a gift, and it goes without saying that we strongly recommend it!
